How do I know HappyBuyChina has received and approved my payment?
After you paid the orders that you made, HappyBuyChina hasn't verify the money
yet, it will take sometimes (maximum 12hours), then you will be receive a
confirmation email from us.
When can I receive my order after I paid?
It depends on which courier company you chose and keep in touch with the
seller; most sellers love to communicate with buyers, and can tell you the
status of your shipment.
If I forgot my password, what should I do?

receive your HappyBuyChina user ID and password after few seconds.
Can I change my user name or email address?
We are sorry but this is not possible. Changing your username or email
address on our site would mean to change your identity. However, if you are
determined to have another username, you can register again on our site with the

You can contact HappyBuyChina sellers by clicking on the "Ask seller a question"
link on the item page. This feature allows you to send an email to a seller,
even if you have not yet purchased the item.

How do I track my purchase?
When a seller ships your item, you will receive the tracking information via
email. You can then visit the corresponding carrier's web site for online
tracking information.
Customs clearance can increase the delivery time if your package is held up
by customs officials. Before you place an order, you can click the "Calculate
shipping cost" link to get the discounted shipping costs to and from any country
or region under different shipping methods.
Tips:
- If your tracking number does not appear immediately on the carrier's site,
check back periodically for updated information.
- If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the package, or
report the case to the corresponding carrier.
- Please do not accept the package from the carrier, if you find the item,
or the number of items in the package is different from what you ordered.
Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
- Weight and dimensions of package
- The location the seller is shipping from (city, state, country or region)
- The location the seller is shipping to (also called the destination
country or region)
Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, where and how the seller
is shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.
Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes
and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not
include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package
will arrive at your door, but then you might need to pay extra international
fees.

Custom & Tax
Custom is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a
country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must
clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and
pay the relevant custom duties.
HappyBuyChina sellers don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us
what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
HOWEVER in most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods.
Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur
taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for
our sellers to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices,
loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single
country.
Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you
order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes,
then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s).
We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are
drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware
of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own
country before completing your order. If you find out information about the
import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize
the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell the
seller what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing,
declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. Our sellers

- You cannot remove Feedback comments you have left, so be sure to leave
only fair and factual comments and ratings that relate to a specific

your trading partner's Feedback Profile to read comments and look for negative
remarks.
- If you are a buyer, contact your seller to try to resolve any issues
before leaving neutral or negative Feedback.
- You must be a registered member to leave Feedback. You can leave Feedback
on the items you purchased.
How can I leave a feedback?
Once you complete your transaction, you can leave the feedback as the
evaluation to the seller. And your feedback will be shown in his/her feedback
page. That is one of the important information for other buyers decide to
cooperate with them or not.
Why HappyBuyChina can't remove Feedback?
In most cases, the Feedback comments you’ve received cannot be removed.
Because Feedback represents members’ opinions, HappyBuyChina cannot edit these
comments. Members are responsible for their own words.
Payment
Escrow Service, What is Escrow?
Escrow service can reduce the potential risk of fraud by acting as a trusted
third party that collects, holds and disburses funds according to Buyer and
Seller instructions. In this case: HappyBuyChina, while the seller ships the items
to the buyer. When the buyer confirms the delivery and is satisfied with the
items, HappyBuyChina will release the payment to the seller.
Protection for both Buyer and Seller
Buyers receive and inspect the merchandise before the Seller is
paid.
Sellers receive their money if the Buyer accepts the
merchandise.
What if a seller offers to sell me something directly, by passing
HappyBuyChina?
If you receive offers from the sellers to complete transactions directly
without going through HappyBuyChina we urge you not to respond and to notify us as
soon as possible. If you accept to deal directly with a seller you will have no
one to turn to should your items not arrive or not be what you expect.
HappyBuyChina
cannot help you get an exchange or refund if you choose to forgo our services
during the buying process. With our escrow service, the payment is not released
until we're sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Combined Orders
To pay for multiple orders at once, you can go to “My HappyBuyChina” and then
click on the "Pay my orders" link.
After you click on the "Pay my orders" link, you will be able to see all the
unpaid orders listed. You can then select the orders you want to pay. The total
will automatically be added up. After pressing the "Submit" button, you will be
taken to PayPal, Credit Cards, Wire Transfer, and Western Union to complete the
payment process.

Our goal is to promote a safe place for our members to buy and sell. When
transaction problems occur, we provide assistance by making communication
between members easier and by providing services to help protect you against
fraud.
What do we expect?
The best way to resolve a problem transaction is to communicate directly with
your seller. Most sellers welcome the opportunity to work out problems and
provide good customer service.
How do I open a dispute?
There are two reasons for disputes:
- Items Not Received - you can use this if you have not received the item.
- Items Significantly Not as Described - you can use this if you felt the
seller misrepresented the item in a way that directly affects the value or
usability of the item.
To report a dispute:
- Log on to "My HappyBuyChina ".
- Locate the order number in question.
- Click the "Dispute" link of the corresponding order number.
- On the Dispute page, select the problem you want to report.
- Follow the instruction and start communicating with the seller.
Once a dispute is open, the status of the order becomes "Dispute
opened".
Communicating with the seller
To communicate with the seller:
- Log on to "My HappyBuyChina".
- Locate the order number in question.
- Click the "Dispute" link of the corresponding order number.
- Start communicating with the seller by posting messages.
- You can always post messages by clicking "Continue Response" button.
Closing a dispute
If the dispute is resolved, you can close the dispute so HappyBuyChina can
release your payment to the seller.
To close a dispute:
- Log on to "My HappyBuyChina".
- Locate the order number in question.
- Click the "Dispute" link of the corresponding order number.
- On your Dispute page, click the "Close Dispute" button.
Note: If you have not closed the dispute within
20 days, it will be automatically closed. When a dispute is automatically
closed, you are not eligible to submit a dispute to HappyBuyChina, and your payment
will be released to the seller.
Approving a dispute resolution
In some cases, the seller may submit a resolution. In this case, you will
read the details of the resolution on the Dispute page. Once you approve the
resolution, HappyBuyChina staff will process the order according to the approved
resolution.
To approve a dispute resolution:
- Log on to "My HappyBuyChina".
- Locate the order number in question.
- Click the "Dispute" link of the corresponding order number.
- On your Dispute page, you may see a dispute resolution submitted by the
seller. If you are satisfied with the resolution, click the "Approve" button.
Before a dispute resolution is approved, the status of the order is
"Pending approval on dispute resolution". However, after the dispute
resolution is approved, the status becomes "Agreement reached; pending
HappyBuyChina to follow up".
Submitting a dispute to HappyBuyChina
If the dispute is not resolved within 19 days, you can decide to escalate the
case by submitting it to HappyBuyChina. By doing so, you request
HappyBuyChina to be an
impartial judge.
- Log on to "My HappyBuyChina".
- Locate the order number in question.
- Click the "Dispute" link of the corresponding order number.
- On your Dispute page, click the "Submit to HappyBuyChina" button.
Once a dispute is submitted to HappyBuyChina, the status of the order becomes
"Dispute submitted to HappyBuyChina""
Escalated Disputes
If you're still unable to resolve the problem, you can escalate the dispute
to a claim. A dispute can be escalated to ask HappyBuyChina to review the case and
decide the outcome. HappyBuyChina will take on effective action to safeguard all
customers' right.
For every dispute submitted to HappyBuyChina, both buyer and seller are required
to submit evidence, including tracking document, etc in 5 business days, our
decision for a case will be announced another 5 business days after received all
the documents.
Principles
- If the package is not received:
- Tracking number is invalid
If a third party (neither buyer nor seller) fails to track a package via
an online tracking system provided by the carrier, the seller bears full
responsibility and has to pay all related costs.
- The package is held at the customs
If the item is retained for reasons bearing to authenticity, the seller
is responsible for the refund and has to pay all the related costs.
If the item is at customs because the buyer has not paid the related
custom duties, or obtained the necessary import license, it is the buyer's
responsibility to pay the customs duties and all related costs.
Custom duties may incur when a seller ships several orders to a buyer in
one lot. In this case, the seller bears full responsibility and pays all
related costs unless the seller does so upon buyer’s request.
- The package is returned
If there is a mistake in the address provided by the buyer, the buyer is
responsible for the shipping fees and related costs.
If the seller misspelled the address, the seller is responsible for
paying shipping fees and related costs.
If the carrier fails to deliver the package, seller should contact the
carrier to resolve the problem.
- The received item isn't what you expected
- If a buyer is not satisfied with the received item and likes to get full
refund, he should return the item and provide us with tracking number within
5 business days after the dispute is submitted to HappyBuyChina. Once the seller
and HappyBuyChina confirm the delivery of the returned item, refund will be
arranged. It's buyer's responsibility to pay all the incurred shipping fees
and custom duties, if any. The seller is responsible for all custom duties
incurred at the seller's country.
- Both buyer and seller are required to supply proof and copies of
shipping document within 5 business days after a dispute has been submitted.
HappyBuyChina will make a decision within 10 business days after all the
evidence is received.
